The CS duct automatic production line is a dedicated automated equipment for processing rectangular HVAC duct sheets. It completes a full production flow including coil decoiling, sheet leveling, beading, fixed-length shearing and subsequent forming processes. Widely applied in HVAC systems, ventilation projects, purification engineering and industrial pipeline manufacturing industries. Equipped with a professional PLC automatic control system, this line realizes production parameter setting, automatic feeding, fixed-length shearing and fault alarm functions. It effectively improves production efficiency and ensures high processing precision for duct fabrication.

Auto duct line 3 consists of a metal frame, leveling and beading machine, hydraulic punching machine - punching sharped and square mouth, hydraulic shearing machine and hydraulic folding machine. Electrics controlled by automatic computer controller with a closed-loop feedback system which obviously improve the precision and stability of production. The maximum operating speed is 16m/min. Length error of ±0.5mm and diagonal error of ±0.8mm.
