U Shape auto duct line 5 also called auto duct line 6, it is mainly for TDF/angle steel/C-shaped flange forming with daily processing capability of 1000-2500 square meters. Only with inputting dimensions in duct, it can automatically complete uncoiling , leveling, beading, punching,shearing, locking, forming TDF/angle steel/C- shaped flange and folding.

The Super Auto Duct Line 5 realizes full automation of duct production, covering core processes including coiling, leveling, locking, flanging, and folding. Equipped with precise servo feeding technology, it performs exceptionally well in square duct manufacturing—while also saving raw material. The line operates stably via a 10-inch touchscreen, and a single operator can achieve high production output.

T Duct Line 4 processes metal sheets with a thickness of 0.5-1.2mm (maximum width 1500mm). It integrates integrated functions including uncoiling, leveling, beading, punching, locking, and flange forming, effectively resolving material jamming issues and reducing the need for heavy maintenance. Its 3-line bending design saves raw material; meanwhile, the bearing steel reels boast a 5-times longer service life. Equipped with CNC automatic material withdrawal and production memory functions, the line features a compact structure, easy operation, and is ideal for duct manufacturing.

The CS duct automatic production line is a dedicated automated equipment for processing rectangular HVAC duct sheets. It completes a full production flow including coil decoiling, sheet leveling, beading, fixed-length shearing and subsequent forming processes. Widely applied in HVAC systems, ventilation projects, purification engineering and industrial pipeline manufacturing industries. Equipped with a professional PLC automatic control system, this line realizes production parameter setting, automatic feeding, fixed-length shearing and fault alarm functions. Electrics controlled by automatic computer controller with a closed-loop feedback system which obviously improve the precision and stability of production. The maximum operating speed is 16m/min. Length error of ±0.5mm and diagonal error of ±0.8mm.
